What's our furniture made from ?

Our Furniture is made from solid Indonesian Mahogany, a beatuful hardwood that produces antique reproduction furniture, we also use limited number of MDF (laminated timber) where there is a risk of warping on flat surfaces.

What is the moisure content of the furniture ?

All wood are kiln dried to 12-14 moisture content to prevent any cracking, warping or splitting. We also do kiln dry raw furniture, in fact we always do the kiln dry 2 times before we finish the furniture.

How long is the production time ? 

Our production time is 6-8 weeks after the deposit received, however, we may finish earlier or more longer, depend what kind of furniture and finish you require.

Do I have a choice on finish colour ?

Yes, we offer various antique finish with unique colour, red walnut, walnut, mahogany, te brown, etc. usually we are make sample fallow the request customer after they are place order.

What is minimum order ? 

The minimum order is 1 x 20 ft.,no minimum order for quantity.

What is your price terms ?

A 40% deposit is required upon ordering and the remaining 60% balance has to be finalized against the document, after the bill of landing has released.

Yes, we put discount for multiple purchase , please contact us for detail.

Can you send me a furniture sample?

We will be happy to send you our furniture sample, but the costs and freight fee willl be changed on importer.

Can I order custom furniture ?

Yes, we make custom made furniture from own design usually make custom furniture for hotels, restaurant , bars , homes etc. Please send us the sample or draft picture with detail measurement, material and finish colour of your product, and we will quote you our price.

What is the price for custom furniture ?

Costs may very different for each item, depends on size of the furniture, materials and time involved. Please contact us for detail.

Can I be assured of quality ? 

Yes. We only producing fine furniture with grade A quality timber. Our experienced quality control checked and re inspect each pieces of our product to achieve high quality furniture with the standard uniformity. 

How can I check your quality before I decide to purchase a container of furniture?

Please come to our warehouse or hire  to check the quality of our furniture. Altematively, you can order samples which can be shipped to you at your cost.

Can I visit your warehouse before I buy ?

 It will be our pleasure to welcome you and show you over our warehouse in Indonesia, please contact us for appointment and we will pick you up at Semarang Air port and arrange to reservation you a hotel upon your requirement. Currrenly We do not have any showroom at the other country.

How many pieces will fit into a 40ft container ? 

Between 160 to 230 pcs of mixed size furniture, please contact us for detail.

Is the upholstery, leather, glass, mirror, brass included in the price ? 

Yes, our listed prices include all equipment shown on our catalogue, including the upholstery with our standard fabric. You may prefer to supply your own fabric by send it to our warehouse.

What packing materials do you use ? 

We use foam sheet and corrugated paper/single face. Please advice us if you require altemate packing arrangements.

How do I place an order ? 

Simply contact us with any specific item from our catalogue or website, and we will answer any questions you may have concerning our product, how your order is handled, approximate cubic meter, time to build your order and etc. We will comfirm your order by email. Please carefully check that all of the information
On the order is correct including shipping address, phone number, products ,ordered, quantities, finish colour and sizes of all of the items. If there are any errors, please notify us immediately.

How can I check on the status of my order ? 

Upon your requirement, we will send you the production picture of your order regularly-before we ship our goods, starting from the unfinish pieces, finish, until each piece of your order has ready. Normally, we can show you the production picture in 4 weeks after you place the order.

Is my furniture guaranteed ? 

Do you have stock available in your warehouse which I can buy ? 

No, every piece is made to order and we do not have stock available.
